– 1 large wholemeal pita
– 1 tablespoon tomato concentrate
– 100 g of the ham cut into dices
– 1 tomato cut into small pieces
– 40g light ricotta
– 30g arugula
– Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
– Place the pita on a baking sheet and cover with tomato concentrate
– Put the ham, tomato and ricotta
– Bake 10 minutes
– Decorate with arugula
