Amwaj Rotana, Jumeirah Beach, Presents Heavenly Selection Of Desserts by Newly Appointed Executive Pastry Chef
Promotion is poised to showcase the talents of the new chef
To celebrate the joining of its new Executive Pastry Chef, Siddhesh Sukhathankar, Amwaj Rotana will present a special promotion on desserts in three of its restaurants from the 1st to 31st of January.
The promotion will give guests a chance to sample some heavenly treats created by Chef Siddhesh boasting a mouthful of unique flavours and each individually made with fresh instead of preserved ingredients.
Featuring on the menu at Benihana, the popular American-Japanese Teppanyaki chain, will be a Matcha Cheesecake made with a light and airy blueberry cream while the award-winning Rosso will offer a re-created version of the classic Tiramisu in an edible chocolate cup coupled with chocolate biscotti.
The hotel’s lobby lounge, Atrium, will feature three new desserts such as a Tarte Chocolat Framboise made with dark, silky chocolate mousse and fresh raspberry brûlée, Vanilla Mille-feuille with fresh berries as well as a Banoffee Tart with milky caramel caviar.
This January, guests are urged to leave room for dessert when they visit Amwaj Rotana’s Rosso, Benihana and Atrium.
