Well today I share with you this recipe of Frittata of Surimi with Zucchini and Turmeric.
Having read recently about the benefits of turmeric, I decided to integrate it into my daily diet. I will put at the end of the recipe its benefits.
– 6 organic eggs
– 200g of shredded surimi
– 250g of grated organic zucchini
– 5 tablespoons of organic polenta
– 2 tablespoons of turmeric
– Himalayan salt
To cook: 2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil
– In a large bowl, mix all ingredients
– Pour the coconut oil in a pan and heat for few minutes
– Pour the mixture of frittata
– Cook for 5-8 minutes on each side
Serve with a green salad.
