Japanese cuisine is renowned the world over for using the freshest produce, which is what guests can expect from this seafood-centric promotion.
The special a la carte menu will feature an abundance of succulent seafood such as lobsters, tiger prawns, King crab, squid, salmon, yellow tail tuna, scallops and the exceptional sea urchin for the brave! These will be presented in a variety of culinary styles from the Benihana Kaisen Nabe, a heart-warming hot pot dish, to the humble Umi Platter of sushi and sashimi and the extravagant Autumn Grilled Seafood Platter crafted on the ever trusty Teppan grill.
