Gearing up for launch within the near future, the new establishment is set to offer wide appeal both for leisure guests in the city on vacation and also for those living in the area. On offer will be a menu of authentic dishes with a modern touch, rare barrel aged beverages, an extensive vintage list and great draught pours from around the world. To be built on the ground level, the hotel will be modelling this restaurant and bar based on a mix of both casual and exquisite dining experiences.
