I was invited to Table 9 that is located on the first floor of the Hilton Dubai Creek on Baniyas Road in Deira, Dubai, UAE.
Table 9 was started in 2011 by Gordon Ramsay’s protégés, Nick Alvis & Scott Price and later under the reign of Darren Velvick, the restaurant has won several public and industry awards.
You can see a bit the kitchen from the restaurant, so you can enjoy watching the Chef while you are waiting for your food.
The restaurant is also perfect for a romantic dinner.
A selection of bread with regular butter, butter with brown sugar and spicy butter.
The Sauteed Mushrooms with Garlic and Merken are very tasty.
A dish I recommend for the vegetarians.
The Organic Quinoa with Burratta and Crispy Celery is a very healthy salad.
Not only healthy but also very fresh.
The Smoked Salmon Salad with Avocado, Tomato and Radish was exquisite.
The chef told me that the salmon was smoked in their kitchen with cedar plank.
You can taste the flavors of the smoked salmon.

The Halibut, Langoustine, Bomba Rice with Seafood Sofrito has a heavenly taste.
The bomba rice with seafood is very similar the the paella.
The Chicken Leg Rolls with Ratatouille, Piquillo and Salsify Foam was distinctive.
The chicken was tender and juicy.
The Peanut Parfait with Chocolate and Caramel is the best ever peanut butter dessert I ate till now.
When the chilled Peanut Parfait starts to melt in your mouth, mmm how can I describe it to you….
It is just divine!
The Chocolate Fondant with Hazelnut is a chilled chocolate mousse and not the regular hot melting fondant.
It was nice but after I have taste the Peanut Parfait, I was not feeling any other taste 🙂
