I was invited to the Zomato Blogger Dinner at Totora Cebicheria Peruana that is located at Gate Village 7, DIFC, Dubai .
I haven’t tried the Peruvian Cuisine till now.
My dinner at Totora was my first Peruvian experience and I was very satisfied from it.
The below dish is the Cebiches, a Peruvian classic dish of raw fish cured with lime juice and spiced with Peruvian chilies.
I was mouthwatering!
De Bario, octopus, shrimps, sea bass, boiled cassava, chulpi corn and rocoto leche de tigre.
It was a flavorful dish!
Champinones, button, eryngii and enoki mushrooms, lime juice, inka corn and coriander.
I am not fan of mushrooms.
I just taste a bit of it, the flavor was nice.
Quinoa Roll, quinoa, red snapper, avocado and rocoto sauce.
I love sushi and eating Quinoa Rolls for the first time was amazing.
The best part is that you don’t feel full after eating all the below alone 🙂
Empanadas de Carne, beef, aji panca and chimichurri sauce.
Delicious Empanadas although I found them a bit spicy.
Not a fan of spicy 🙂
Anticuchos, Traditional Peruvian marinated grilled skewers.
Yum yum and yum, so delicious…
Arroz con Pato, Duck, aji Amarillo, aji panca, rice, coriander and dark beer.
Seco de Cordero, Chica de jora braised lamb leg, aji panca, aji Amarillo and chifle Peruvian squash.
This dish was my favorite, the lamb was so soft and melting in my mouth while eating it with the squash puree.
Quinotto, white quinoa, Portobello Mushrooms, aji Amarillo, white wine, parmesan cheese and black truffle oil.
And when I smell truffle oil, I cannot resist.
Clasico Peruano, Classic rice pudding, purple corn sorbet ad fig crumble.
This was the first time I taste a purple corn sorbet and I can tell you that the taste was delectable.

And the famous Tres Leche, sponge cake, evaporated and condensed milk, whipping cream and berries.
Although I was full, I couldn’t resist the Tres Leches.
