Inn the Park, Dubai’s newest cafe opens its doors in the serene haven of Al Khazzan Cadillac Park!

Think big blue water tank, yes, that’s the location pin to reach the city’s latest state of the art ‘green’ park. Al Khazzan Cadillac Park which is now the home to Dubai’s newest café, Inn the Park, brought to us from the creators of Bystro on Sheik Zayed Road.
The menu at Inn the Park has something for everyone, with healthy organic range of eggs, breads and local produce make up some of the key dishes like the ‘Crunchy Shrimp Taco’ or the groups legendary ‘Smashed Avocado with organic eggs, asparagus feta & mint’ for main course along with healthy smoothies and fresh juices and if you are a breakfast food lover, their jam packed breakfast menu consists of various egg preparations including choices of healthy salads. Inn the Park serves RAW Coffee products, which is one of the most popular coffee brands in the country. There is also a variety of artisan teas and home made blends available to quench your thirst.

Bringing the F&B offering to this tranquil getaway is Josh Benson,, Founder of Bystro Group of Restaurants, whose first project was one of Dubai’s most loved café’s Bystro – located on Sheikh Zayed Road. Talking of his latest venture Josh highlights, “ The idea was to have a organic name that is easy to associate with when you are planning an outing with family and friends. ‘Inn the Park’ is a café with a chilled and relaxed environment for a great day out. Our menu is a modern café offering along with healthy fresh juices and organic eggs and gluten free range for the health conscious. ”
I have recently discovered Acai Berry, and since them whenever I see it in a menu I order it.
You should try the Acai Bowl, very tasty, healthy and refreshing.
Acai powder, bananas, cocoa nibs, almond butter, almond milk garnished with homemade granola, fresh banana, chia seeds and popped quinoa.
Known for their hospitality and F&B management, Bystro Group of Restaurants were approached to bring their skills in partnership to run the parks requirements of dining for visitors. Inn the Park café has an urban and social vibe giving visitors a calm and refreshing feel through their stay at the park.
One of the key features of the park is the lush green landscape that overlooks the Dubai skyline. Powered completely by solar panels, the park was constructed as the brainchild of two Emirati brothers Ahmed & Rasheed Bin Shabib.

Avocado, massaged kale, cherry tomato, sliced carrots, beans, cucumber, zucchini, red cabbage, shimeji mushrooms, blueberries, almonds, ginger mustard dressing.
The park also boasts of a library curated by the ‘Brownbook’ team– Brownbook is a bimonthly magazine that acts as an urban guide to the Middle East and North Africa. Visitors can take advantage of free books that can be loaned while spending time at the park or the café.. With many other activities and events in the pipeline for the local community and visitors from far and wide, Inn The Park will be a place where guests can escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and kids can stretch their legs on the swings and slides. Timings: 9am -7pm, opened through the week!
They serve the breakfast all day, so you can enjoy eating your favorite breakfast anytime.
