I went last Saturday to Sass Cafe located in the prestigious Al Fattan Currency House in DIFC to try there food.
Usually they open only in the evening, but few weeks ago they launched the Saturday Mega-Party Brunch and they open at 12pm.
The place is amazing, very nicely decorated and the DJ is playing some nice music.
After 4 pm the tables are moved aside and the party continues, as the lights dim and the DJ kicks up the volume and the restaurant is transformed into a favorite party hotspot, with its famous red chandeliers in full glory.
The party continues till 10 pm and promises guests an unforgettable brunch experience.
The dining experience continues, after 4 pm as well, where guests can sample from a range of appetizers and light dishes.
I recommend you to visit Sass Caffe!
I started with the Passion Fruit and Mango Juice, it was so fresh that I had to order another one after 15 minutes 🙂
Sass’ Café has complimented its regular a la carte brunch menu with set options that enable guests to enjoy the best signature dishes from the South of France, with free flowing drinks of their choice. The legendary Monte Carlo export offers guests the chance to combine a love for delicious Mediterranean cuisine with dazzling high energy music and the opportunity to dance into the night.
Let me share with you what we ate!
Burrata with Truffle Honey and Grilled Peach
I am a Burrata and Truffle addict! When I saw this dish, I said Yessss but a bit of no because I was a bit scared from the grilled peach.
Am not a fan of grilled fruits…
But then I said to myself, no I should try it!
And after I tasted it, I was impressed by the taste and the flavor!
The grilled peach was amazing!
No one should say I don’t like this or that if he/she didn’t tried it!
Baby Fried Squid
The calamari was crispy and tasteful!
The shredded fried zucchini are a great addition!
Grilled Cod on a Bed of Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Asparagus
I went to Sass Cafe on Saturday and as I ate a lot of red meat the days before, I decided that I should eat a fish.
I chose this dish and Oh my God, it is Divine!
I wish the chef share with me his recipe!
The Risotto was exquisite!
The saffron taste is amazing…
The Tiramisu was nice and service it with a coffee flavor Ice Cream is top!
