I went last Saturday to try the Saturday Brunch at Hitchki.
Hitchki is located inside Bazxar restaurant in DIFC.
Actually Hitchki is part of Bazxar.
Bazxar have a brunch every Friday and Hitchki every Saturday.
And during the week you can order a la carte from Bazxar and Hitchki as per your preference.
Chef Dominic Sequeira is amazing.
So how does their brunch works?
It is not like the other brunches, nothing is displayed.
Once you enter and you are seated by their friendly staff, they will give you the Hitchki Tasting Menu.
You can get 2 cocktails.
You have a choice of one salad and one soup but you can order as much as you want.
Then you have several starters vegetarian and non-vegetarian and you can order as much as you want.
For the mains, you can choose one vegetarian and one non-vegetarian from the options.
Then you can choose one dessert and tea or coffee.
Our waiter was Mahmoud and he was very friendly and smiley.
Thanks a lot Mahmoud for the great service, I really appreciated it.
It was the first time is see a mojito with small balls, the smalls balls are the boondi and they are made of chickpeas flour.

It was mouthwatering, specially when you eat the masala that is in the middle of the bread, yummyyyyy.

The name is very funny, they reversed the letter.
The chicken was tender and full of flavors that I ate them in seconds 🙂

The kebab was the regular ones.

Caramelized pecan-nut, banana cake, caramelized chocolate
This is before they poured over the caramelized chocolate that made the ball to melt from the above.
Mmm, mouthwatertind and for chocolate lovers!
Kunafeh, sweet yoghurt, rose petals
Well, I would have preferred that the filling be a bit harder than a yoghurt and with another flavor.
But the Kunafeh crust was crunchy 🙂
