My dear readers,
Today I went to BQ – French Kitchen & Bar to try their new brunch experience:
Versailles Evolution Brunch
BQ – French Kitchen & Bar is located at The St. Regis Dubai, Al Habtoor City, Sheikh Zayed Road.
Their newly appointed Executive Chef Juraj Kalna has curated a delectable menu that offers decadent sharing-style crudités, appetizers, main courses as well as a mouth-watering dessert selection, set to satisfy all your weekend cravings.
So let me tell you how it works, you have to choose a package from the choice of 3.
Once you are seated, they will serve you a Quinoa Tabboule with Yellow Carrot Hummus, a delicacy!
Then they will get you the BQ Brunch Loaf that has in it caramelized onions, the onions gave a very good flavor to the bread.
You can then go and get what you want to eat from the brunch.
Make sure to make a full round before you start filling your plate and I recommend you to do the same to every brunch you go to.
The brunch have a very big selection.
From seafood, ribs, pasta, meat pot pie, smoked salmon, colorful salads, steak tartare, sandwiches, roasted chicken, cheese, etc…..
Make sure to keep space in your stomach because you still have to order your main course.
You have to choose one main course from the 3 options that are on the menu on your table.
And the dessert at last.
On top of all that, there is an amazing Live Band that made our brunch a heavenly experience.
The service was top of the top, our server Ulan was always making sure that everything was perfect all the time!
I highly recommend you to try this top brunch!
Do you see these not baked Croissants?
Well they are here for a reason!
They were baking every 20 minutes and once baked, they were serving them directly.
There is nothing better in life than eating a freshly baked hot croissant!
Oh these Foie Gras!
I have never eaten such a fresh and tender foie gras in my life.
It was so so mouthwatering!
That’s Freddy with some amazing canapes!

So colorful and so delicious!
The Beef Ribs was cooked perfectly!
I like it medium cook but if you want it well done, you can ask them and they will cook it more for you.
It was so tender and there was a big selection of sauces.
Guess what, I found my favorite sauce: The Bearnaise 🙂
The display of the Chicken was a like a frame 🙂
The chicken was juicy and flavorful!
The Seafood selection was just amazing.
From Lobsters, Tiger Prawns, Crab Legs, Mussels, Clams!
For seafood lovers 🙂
And Oysters, so fresh!
Again fresh Smoked Salmon!

That’s the main course that I chose.
Braised Beef Cheeks, Carrot Crisps, Caramelized Bacon, White Beans, Baby Onions.
The dish looks like a piece of art, very nicely decored.
And the taste is exquisite, the braised beef cheeks was cooked to perfection!
Reaching the last part: the Dessert!
You may be full or very full by now but believe me you will not be able to resist the big selection of cakes they have…
The Chocolate Caramel Tart is to die for!
These small cakes looks very nice but also delicious!
And this Raspberry Cake was my favorite!
