I went last Saturday to have lunch at Tresind located at Nassima Royal Hotel in Sheikh Zayed Road.
Tresind is a tribute to the father of the Co-Founder of Tresind, Mr. Bhupender Nath.
The name Tresind means “Tres” from French which means Tres Bien or Very Good.
And Ind is the abbreviation for India; a country rich in heritage, cuisine and culture.
Tresind takes you to a gastronomic journey par extraordinaire with tantalizing flavors and fascinating plating techniques.
Prepare yourself for a multi-sensory culinary experience that will not only engage your taste buds, but also mesmerize you with its breathtaking presentation.
Let’s to start our meal.
They take in a spoon a bit of the green liquid and they drop it in a liquid, I think I heard calcium liquid.
They it become like a jelly like in the picture and we eat in one shot.
Loved it so much…
This is the Amuse Bouche, a soft taco.
The Chaat was prepared in front of us.
It was so yummy!
The Mushroom Chai is an original way of presenting a soup.
They added dried mushroom and truffle oil powder which gave it a very flavorful taste!
The Rosemary Lamb Chops was so tender.
The Lentil Empanada was nice.
The Lentil soup was very tasty however the empanada was just ok.
That Tandoori Tiger Prawn Benedict was original as in general the Benedict is an Egg.
Here it is a Prawn, it was exquisite!
I don’t know the name of this appetizer.
They infused it in front of us with smoke and it gave it a smoky taste.
The Seared Tenderloin Steak with Chimichuri Chutney was perfect.
Loved the combination 🙂
So juicy and tender.
They gave us this Sorbet to clear our palates.
The Parsi Baida Roti with Chicken Curry was ok.
The Slow Cooked Lamb Biryani was mouthatering!
I love Truffles so any dish with truffles will definitely be flavored.
The Tandoori Gucchi Lababdar with Truffle Oil was heavenly tasty!
The Kadhai Lobster was divine!
So tasty and so delicious…
I loved the Davlat with Chaat so much.
You put it in your mouth and in seconds, there is almost nothing, it melts so quickly.
The Raj Bhog, Summer Fruit and Raspberry Blast was not my favorite.
I felt that the Raspberry Syrup was too much for it.
The Tradional Jaleb with Condensed Milk Fondue was very nice.
These are the mouthwatering jalebs 🙂
You have to try it!
