My dear readers,
Ashiana Restaurant located at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers recently appointed a new Chef de Cuisine, Chef Joseph Yohanna.
As soon as Chef Joseph joined Ashiana Restaurant, he launched a new Indo-Arabic fusion menu.
I went last Saturday to try the Saturday Family Buffet.
The Saturday Family Buffet starts at 7pm and ends at 11pm and the price is AED 149/-
The Starters and the Desserts will be served directly on your table.
For the Starters you have a choice between Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian.
Then you can help yourself from the Buffet for the Salads and Main Courses.
And there was a live band playing Indian music and singing nice Indian songs 🙂
Here you can see the Salads stand.
Channa Chaat, Carrot & Coconut Salad, Crispy Potato Salad, Kachumber Salad.
Chicken Tikka Salad and Tandoori Gobi.
The Tandoori Gobi are Cauliflower with Tandoori and I can tell you that it was so tasty!
I loved it so much that I ate several cups 🙂
It was the first time I eat a Carrot & Coconut Salad.
It was a nice combination…
The Chicken Tikka Salad was very colorful!
I chose the Non Vegetarian Starter.
I got the below platter of Tandoori Malai Chicken Tikka, Bharwan Seekh Kabab and Machili Tikka.
They were all mouthwatering and very tasty!
There was a nice selection of Main Courses, both vegetarian and non vegetarian.
And here is a few of what there:
Chicken Achari, Saag Mutton, Macchi Taar Korma, Malai Subz Korma, Dal Tamatari Tadka (in below pic), Kadhai Paneer, Jeer Rice and Assorted Naans.
These are the Macchi Taar and Malai Subs Korma.
I enjoyed eating both of them with Garlic Naans 🙂
That was one of my dishes.
A bit of almost everything!
And my favorite part: Desserts
On the left Gajjar Ka Halwa and on the right, Malai Kulfi.
The Malai Kulfi was divine!
You should try it!
