Moules Marinieres
– 2 kg of mussels
– a beautiful sprig of thyme
– 2 onions
– 2 cloves garlic
– 60 g butter
– 500 ml of white wine
Preparation:
– Melt the butter in a pot
– Add the sliced garlic cloves
– Cut the onions and add them to the pot
– Allow to cook for 10 minutes
– Add thyme
– Add wine and let simmer for 5 minutes
– Add the mussels to the pan and cover for 5 minutes
– Open and stir 5 minutes and then cover again for 5 minutes
It’s ready! To eat with homemade fries.
