I went to have dinner few days ago at Zafran Indian Bistro located in City Centre Mirdif.
I was also happy to see some new dishes in the menu.
The food was delicious and the service was very good.
They served us at the beginning some chutneys that weren’t spicy and I was very happy about that.
Some with beetroot, with papaya, with mango, date syrup with tamarind, etc…
The Rocket Feta Salad was very fresh!
The Papdi Chaat was divine 🙂
It was my favorite dish of the evening.
The Rawa Fish Fry is a new addition to the menu.
It was nice but a bit too spicy for me.
We also ate the Ajwaini Prawns that are a new item in the menu.
It was spicy but mouthwatering and despite its spiciness I still ate it as I enjoyed it so much.
The Murgh Anari Seekh is also a new item in the menu.
I chose it because it had pomegranate but actually I didn’t feel the pomegranate at all.
It was normal, nothing special for me.
From down to top, Dal Zafran, Prawn Biryani and Dhabe Ka Murgh, Thyme Naan and Cheese Kulcha.
All of them were amazing, yummy yummy and yummy!
The Prawn Biryani was so tasty.
The Chef came to our table to ask us about the food and we told him that we enjoyed.
He told us you have to eat a dessert now but we were so full 🙂
He suggested us to take the Dessert Platter that is a new item in the menu where there is a selection.
From left to right: Gajar Halwa (with carrots), Rasmalai (cottage cheese), Flourless Chocolate Cake, Zafran Phirni and Fresh Fruits.
They were nice and good that they are in small size, that was the only way to be able to eat them as we were so full…
You should check out the new items in Zafran Indian Bistro menu.
They have now 2 branches, one in City Centre Mirdif and one in Dubai Marina Mall.
